Casey is senior organisational psychologist with expertise in Leadership Development, Culture Change, and Psychometric Assessment. She brings a special interest in the ethical application of AI for recruitment and selection.
An empathic and experienced coach for leaders at all levels, Casey is a board-approved supervisor who acts as a mentor for emerging psychologists.
Casey is a mother of two young children, a cancer survivor/thriver, yin yoga teacher and has recently started dragon boating.
A people first, empathic and strategic approach. Olivia brings curiosity and passion to creating exceptional outcomes.
She draws from expertise across HR and Culture Transformation, Organisational Development, Employee EX & Culture Strategy, DEIB. Olivia applies an evidence-based lens to bringing people strategy to life, combining her extensive expertise with a tertiary qualification in Psychology.
She is also an experienced coach and facilitator, with a proven track record of in-house and long-term placements.
Olivia is a mother to two daughters, partner to an adventure seeker and finds inspiration by spending time in the ocean and drinking plenty of tea.
